Cyrille The Angel: I had in one of my Dream a tune. I recorded that tune and I made the instrumental to accompany that Tune. This is the Instrumental you have right now. It is me trying to accompany that Tune. The aim was to perform that Tune. Then, I tried but the Tune is Nigerian and I don’t have a Nigerian Soul. So, I decided to Rap during the whole song. And this is what happened actually. I made it this way.

Cyrille The Angel: Yes. It is so intricate because I wanted to express My Authenticity. And this is what I did during the whole song. And it is perfectly done.

Cyrille The Angel: Well, it doesn’t really matter. Haters are everywhere. What is not everywhere is Love and we should spread Love everywhere. This is what matters the most.

Cyrille The Angel: Yes. I did. It is an incredible moment and I love the end of the song. It is really incredible. I reached that momentum.

Cyrille The Angel: Because this is Life and you shouldn’t betray your Soul. It is important to live with Your Soul in You. To Be One with Your Soul… this is the most important. It is really important to be Yourself.

Cyrille The Angel: Because I believe in Love and I believe that if we fight hard for it, we can get the best out of it. I believe in Love.

Cyrille The Angel: Well, I think Love is a way of life and when you are impregnated with it, you can see and change everything that is around You. To Me Love is a way of Life and it is what I tried to express on my song Lay It on Me.

Cyrille The Angel: Because it is only in Wisdom that Love makes sense. If you’re not wise or not seeking wisdom, then, Love will mean nothing to you. Love is so correlated with Wisdom. Love to Me is a way of Life.

Cyrille The Angel: The Light can make you blind…. Lol.

About The Transcend: But nowadays, Money rules everything. The one who doesn’t have money will blame himself for any ill things that happen to him.
Cyrille The Angel: The world we are living in is everybody mind his own business. We don’t walk anymore as a Family and share what we have. Money is powerful and I recognize its power during the song. But it can’t buy it all. It can’t buy happiness or health. Today we have Corona Virus and everybody is touched by it. Either you be rich or poor, you can be infected by the Corona Virus. This is the kind of things Money can’t buy. I mean it can’t protect you against Corona Virus.
About The Transcend: Of course but when you did the Album, you are not conscious of Corona. What are you conscious of at that time?
Cyrille The Angel: I am conscious that Money can’t buy Love. This is what I am conscious of and I am trying to explain it on the song.
About The Transcend: Does it come from experience or it’s just a conviction you have?
Cyrille The Angel: It is a Conviction that I have and then experience showed Me that you can’t buy Love. It is there or it is not there.
About The Transcend: I see. The song is a Slow pace song. How did you come to do it?
Cyrille The Angel: Well, I had that idea and I worked on it. The idea just came to Me. I was fully awake and fully understanding what I was doing. Then, I worked on it and it gives you the song. I pretty much love what I did and it is an incredible song so far.

Cyrille The Angel: I love saxophone and I was very happy to have it on this song. This is how I love my song to be. It is an incredible song and one of my best so far. I just love it.

Cyrille The Angel: When we were kids, we went there. Our Parents brought us there. They were working in a company that wanted to develop the different agricultural opportunities that were there. We had great times and it is a great part of Me. We had so much fun as a kid and I still remember it. It was great.

Cyrille The Angel: Lol. Well, when you’re in love, you make wishes to live with your partner forever and for the two lovers of this song, they wanted to be in some places alone. It could be any places. When the people or society is against your love, you will wish for that.

Cyrille The Angel: No. I have none in mind. I’ve never thought I could make a song like this and it is a surprise for me to make it but, I just felt like we should go far away to live Our Love.

Cyrille The Angel: I know you want to hear that it’s Me and Nut, The Ancient Egyptian Goddess but, this is just a tale that I made up to tell what the two lovers wanted us to know about their Love. It can be anyone. This is how I made the song.

Cyrille The Angel: People needed to know about these two Lovers and I felt like I should tell it. I included it because I have always believed in a Good Story very well told and this is what I always believe. I love Tales and it was important to Me to tell it. Cyrille The Angel: She is a character that I have invented and I started talking about her on this song. A very bad girl and she did lot of shameful things in her past. It gave her that reputation.

Cyrille The Angel: Lol. It was great. I asked my brother Kascott LK to produce the instrumental of the song Lady Helene. He was like yes, bro. Imma do it. Then, he gave me this instrumental. I wanted it Jazz and he did it. The first time he failed to produce what I wanted and the second time, he did it. I was so happy and I went on to write the song. Look, I couldn’t find the words… till I had that idea:”Oh! Lady Helene… She is a Bad Girl…”. And that’s how the song starts.

Cyrille The Angel: On this Album, I had to keep a light note because at some point, it was becoming too heavy. So, I went for it and made it to this point. I love to have lot of flavors in the Album and I don’t want to see my audiences bored. So, I included this song into this Album.

Cyrille The Angel: Because I believe in Imagination. I believe in the Power of Imagination and that has always been Me.

Cyrille The Angel: It’s important to keep a light note in Music. To be lighter than heavier because lot of people who come to listen to us want to have a good time or an experience where they can relate. And this is what I am trying to give.

Cyrille The Angel: My 5th Album Afro Belle is a story telling Album where I tell about a story that I made up. And it is pretty much where we are going.

Cyrille The Angel: Well, I am talking about the Woman of My Dreams who appeared to Me many times in My life. She appeared in My Dreams. She is Nut, The Ancient Egypt Goddess of the Sky. Cyrille The Angel: Yes. Of course… The Voice is Splendid because I am talking to the Most beautiful Woman. I’ve never seen such Beauty ever and it brought Me to write this Song very original and very Transcend.
About The Transcend: Of course… we love The Love between You and Nut. But how can you explain the Bond?
Cyrille The Angel: Well, if you follow me on Instagram, you will know about This Love and it is very deep. It is all I can say about The Bond between Me and My Elvish Wife Nut. It is how I call Her and it is very important you understand that because She is a Part of Me and I just can’t help it. There is no way you can separate Me from Her. We are One and it is how deep Our Love is.
About The Transcend: You released this song for the World Cup in Russia in 2018. Do you think that this Song should have been featured in The World Cup in Russia?
Cyrille The Angel: That was asking too much. I was a very little Musician still trying to make My Name out there and it is not easy. We are still on the Road to it. But maybe we can try the Next African Cup of Nations and The Euro Coming and we will see if it can make it to the World Cup in Qatar and everybody are waiting for it. I would love to visit Qatar one day and probably soon, we will make the trip. But, it was good to help The Russian People to celebrate The World Cup. It was an incredible World Cup and I have loved what I’ve seen.
About The Transcend: Of course but how can you make a Love Song and dedicate it to The World of Football or Sport which is an extreme Competitive Environment? Is there no contradiction?
Cyrille The Angel: You need Love in Competitions. Love sometimes is the Heart of a Battle. Love is A Battle. Look, try a Beautiful Brunette and try to get her around. She will resist. And nothing comes easy. How much you want her can change the whole situation although you must always expect some luck because those ladies… you never know what they want.

Cyrille The Angel: Ladies are complicated beings and you gotta respect that. It’s part of who they are because they carry a Body with lot of power and attention. So you have to understand that and learn how to fight for that. When you love in this World, there will be Battles and you have to take them on. This is why this song is intertwined with Sports.

On the 16th December of 2019, The Album Afro Belle by Cyrille The Angel was released on All the Digital Platforms. It is Cyrille The Angel’s 5th Solo Album and it features 15 songs done by himself alone. What can you expect from the Album? What’s new about this New Album Afro Belle by Cyrille The Angel? Here is my Review.
The Album Afro Belle by Cyrille The Angel starts with a superb song glorifying God. The Song resonates a lot. Well mixed and mastered, you can appreciate the purity of Cyrille The Angel’s Voice. It is followed by an intro and then, The song Better gives another dimension to the Album. The songs in the Album are so well aligned and it talked to me in some way. The chorus on the song Better is extremely impressive and as you go through the Album, Cyrille The Angel does more solo: He Transcends (Singing in Cyrille The Angel’s way) and raps more without the Chorus.
The Album Afro Belle talks about a love affair Cyrille The Angel had with a Nigerian Woman. All of it is fiction but, it is the first Album where he talked in length to An African Woman. He called the Nigerian woman: Uchebu. They’ve been together for long but they were separated later because of the family refusing to offer the hand of the Woman: Uchebu to the Man: Cyrille The Angel. It’s a Story telling Album and the first one for Cyrille The Angel. The Divorce is really well epitomized by the last song on this Album Afro Belle: Visualize, An incredible and unconventional song.
Of course, you will think why is this Artist Cyrille The Angel so unconventional and incredible at the same time? It’s because it’s The Musical Genre Transcend. We feel and express different.
And different is the baseline of this Album. The Album Afro Belle by Cyrille The Angel has lot of song with Bass Guitar playing in Solo. For those who love Bass, this is the Album for you. The Bass guitar is incredibly well done. And this Album Afro Belle differs so much from the other Albums where I was so used with Soprano Saxophone. There are Soprano Saxophones on some songs in this Album but not as much as his two previous Albums.
Harmony is the theme of this Album in my Opinion. It helped me embrace what I feel deeply in my heart about lot of my situations. Many things can happen in life and you should be conscious of that.
Anyway, if you want me to rate this Album out of 10, I’ll give it an 8. Incredibly well mixed and mastered, the song resonates a lot in The Mind. It is A good one from Cyrille The Angel and very enjoyable.

Listening to a particular song on the Album Nzila Mule: An Hacienda In Miami by Cyrille The Angel, I wonder if The Town Miami, Florida, USA is such a beauty as the song playing right now on my ears. The song is an acapella but, there is such strength, warmth and Love that I can’t stop playing it again and again. Now I am asking when I will get her that Hacienda in Miami. Lol. Not Soon… I know that there are superb Properties in Miami but I prefer to stay realistic.
It will be Cool to have a Property there in Miami where I
can see The Ocean water splashing on stones and see my woman running nearly

Cyrille The Angel: I am good. And you?
About The Transcend: I am fine. Quite a stressful day… and my first question is why doing a Deep Love Song to Miami, USA when Artists Musicians before you made real dancing songs to Miami, USA? Here I think of hit song by a Rapper: Will Smith and many other artists. Is Miami, Florida a Woman to be Loved when she really just wants to play with you? We know that they like to play?
Cyrille The Angel: Lol. All women need to be Loved. They act
like they don’t want it but deep down they need it. Us men are always looking
for someone who will react very well to our Love. I think Miami, Florida is a
Real Woman who needs to be Loved deeply and I made this song like that because
I wanted to express the longing I have to be there in Miami, Florida and
perform. It is among the only cities that welcomed my Music. And I had to tell
them Thank you for what they did. I really felt welcomed in their City.
About The Transcend: Indeed, on August 2017, Your Song Distant Records was played in Rotation in Miami, Florida while New York refused to play your song Motivations which mentioned the memory of two USA Famous people. Shame to New York and Great Praises to Miami. But what did you see in those events that happened to you years back? Is there gonna be a shift in The Musical Industry to Miami, Florida?
Cyrille The Angel: I dont think that there will be a shift
in the Musical Industry as New York got lot of Technical Expertise. We will
stay dealing with New York. I am not here to oppose Miami to New York. But I
just felt like African music will be very well showcased in Miami, Florida,
USA. The Latin American has a lot Influence on Our Music as we do to them. The
Level of exchange is very high and we need to pursue it. Everybody knows what
Rumba has been for so long to Africa, most importantly Congo(DRC). New York is foreign
to Us people from Central Africa. Us from Central Africa we like to party. If
we can have a great musical understanding and exchange, it will really be a
great step to The Afro-Latin Culture.
About The Transcend: Is The Musical Genre Transcend belonging to The Afro-Latin Culture? Cause you refused to be included into the Hip-Hop Culture as there was so many misunderstanding.
Cyrille The Angel: We’re not Hip Hop. And this I will repeat
again and again. But we do have influences from Hip Hop Culture and also
Afro-Latin Culture. The Musical Genre Transcend is not from the Afro-Latin
Culture. It is coming from our deep interaction with The Dream. But, to really
grow into what it is supposed to become, it must allow more Afro-Latin musical
Influences than Hip-Hop. And this is why I cut with New York cause I know that
those Yankees just want me to talk about things that don’t really concern us.
About The Transcend: I see. We will talk a bit of politics
now. What do you think of what His Excellence The President of United States Mr
Donald Trump said about Latin Americans? Do you think that really reflect the
State of Affairs?
Cyrille The Angel: I think it was an electoral mistake from The USA President and I think that he still can correct by presenting real apologies. I don’t want to keep grudges of the past but as long as the people responsible for the outrages act like they did nothing wrong, expect the outraged to really react very violently. And this is a fact. I think he was such mistaken that he forgot that Afro-Latin music has such influence on Africa that he cannot ignore. And this shows that the Integration Politic of USA is really inefficient and don’t take into account all the people living in that country. The Latin American Culture is very strong in Africa and I think we should continue our cooperation.

you get That Idea?

The Song is titled Va Piu Contano Dall’Oceano. During the song I transcend as an Italian Cantor. And this is what I should have done on the song An Hacienda In Miami. But I have preferred to Transcend at a low tone because it was more meaningful to me. Cantoring like a South American Cantor was not real to me. Instead I went for The Pure Transcending because… It was just beautiful.
About The Transcend: I see. When are you coming to Miami,
Florida then? I heard that you will make The VIP section of LIV Miami Nightclub
feel Like His Heaven Section(The Highest VIP Post on LIV Miami NightClub)? Lol.
Cyrille The Angel: Lol. Stop it… please… lol. Well, for
now it is just wishes. But I am working on it and I think on March or April I
will send a Song on A radio in Florida with the hope of getting some hype and
from there we will see. I think that Miami, Florida is a woman who wants to be
conquered the right way. She showed me she wants something with me so, I will
put some efforts.

Cyrille The Angel: We will see how things go. I can’t say

Cyrille The Angel: Well, it is
difficult to say. It depends but I always make an effort to stay inspired and
live my Life at his fullest potential. It is difficult to say yes or no because
I can be stupid sometime.

Cyrille The Angel: I don’t
remember well but It was I think in 2017, august 2017. And I slept and I
dreamed I was at the parking of a shopping centre not far from where I live and
someone was singing a song. She was singing it in Portuguese. I felt the accent
and words. I couldn’t get it but I only memorised the melody. And it is the
Melody we have of the piano playing on the instrumental.
About The Transcend: Why such
Charms? I am deeply charmed.
Cyrille The Angel: Lol. Well, this is Transcend Music and we are trying at our best to express the feeling buried in our being: Love. The Charm is from the inspiration and when I made the instrumental I made sure that the piano be deep and the violin really resonating. I think I achieved something here.
About The Transcend: On The Song,
you’re trying to convince your woman that the Love you share with her is true. Why
didn’t you say that it is simply true? Why say that it is written down in
stars?
Cyrille The Angel: Well, when I
finished the instrumental, I called it Written Down In Stars because it had
that feeling on it. It had that Power. When writing the song, I decided to be a
bit real and a bit poetical. Look… the instrumental asked for something
really unconventional and that’s what I did.

is really unconventional. How would you grade it on This Musical Genre
Transcend? Is it The Archetype song of The Musical genre Transcend?
Cyrille The Angel: No. No. I
think it is one of the most innovative song on this Musical Genre Transcend but
we still have a long road to go. Saxayah has still more to offer. It is too
soon to call it The Archetype Song of The Musical Genre Transcend. But it is
something really deep and I am really happy to have achieved it.

performance?
Cyrille The Angel: There is no
secret. Just make sure that you are happy with what you did or people feel you.

Written Down In Stars, I just mean that it is destined to be. And on the song I
tried to give that Power so that you understand that Our Love is Stronger and

was when I was transcending my rap. I had lot of difficulty to transcend. But the

to what The Almighty has created. And what is the feeling of a sky without
